Are these skirts & dresses still fashionable?
Are long tiered skirts, sometimes referred to as gypsy skirts, still fashionable?

Also, are dresses with one side of the hem longer and coming to a point while the other side it just below the knee, still in fashion?

Those two are not height of fashion this season, but are cool enough to wear.

Select shoes and accessories that compliment and accent them well and you will be more up-to-date and look good too.
