In cold weather should women go barefoot?
Are women to wear hose with their pants in cold-weather?

It seems that on all the fashion shows, the models are putting their shoes on bare feet.

If it is too cold, it is completely acceptable to wear hose and tights. And it is certainly more comfortable!
