What designer or store might provide proportioned fits for a very short-waisted, small-sized person wear?
I am an extremely short-waisted size 8. I need low rise slacks for work and dress. Price is no object.

Mall stores have only pants for the average body, as well as the new high rise style.

Any suggestions on designer or stylist or store will be appreciated.
