What can I do to be able to wear my beautiful flowy V-neck spaghetti strap dress that I never wear because of my flabby arms?

I have a beautiful flowy V-neck spaghetti strap dress that I never wear because of my flabby arms.

Any suggestions on something under instead of over the top of the dress.

Look for shrugs -- they're somewhat smaller than a cardigan -- that cover the shoulders and tops of the arms to go over that spaghetti strap dress or any sleeveless dress to give you added coverage.

They are fabulous. I have about a half dozen of them in various colors.

Basic black and basic white shrugs -- fantastic must-have pieces -- can be found at White House/Black market for $68. Well worth the investment.

The best solution is to wear a pretty shawl or wrap that would enhance the dress.

The something-underneath look will distort the look of your beautiful dress.

You sound like you are healthy. You care about looking nice. These are both very positive. Be pleased with yourself, relax, and enjoy your life.
